Summer Leg Prep

I did this workout below the other night and it was AMAZING. It was the perfect burn on my legs while also keeping my heart rate up. For the cardio, you can do whatever you want, I just listed what I did for reference. Try it and let me know what you think!

• Warm up - 1 mile (I ran 1 mile but you could do 1 mile or 10 minute warm up on any machine) • 5 sets of 15-20 reps with a 30 second rest between sets (wear a band around legs if you have it) - Squats - Dead lifts **for this I could only get to 15 reps on each, feel free to do more if you can! You don’t need to use a lot of weight, I only did the bar. I would suggest using a lighter weight that works for you because their are so many reps. • 5 sets of 20 reps with a30 second rest between sets - lunge jumps - Rocking Planks

**When I say “rocking plank” I just mean front and back, this works your lower abs more. I ended up so hip drops to the left and right for the last two sets to switch it up a bid.

10 minutes of Cardio

These pants are from Lululemon and are actually my favorite pants to workout in. They have pockets on each side and are SO comfortable. These shoes are the same shoes I posted about before but I don't love them as much anymore. I don't know if they've stretched out or I just thought they fit great before, but they feel a little bit bigger than they used too. If you plan on getting them, I would recommend getting a half size smaller than you normally get. They are the edge lux clima running sneakers by adidas, but I don't wear them running because I need more support for that.
