Welcome to my site! Here you will find lots of desserts, snacks, and meal prepping ideas; as well as workouts and lifestyle tips!

I've always looked at myself as a healthy person; I eat well, I workout, and I've always played sports. However, I've learned there's so much more to being "healthy" than just those things, and healthy looks different to each person. 

My goal is to show my followers that being "healthy" doesn't mean you need to immediately look at a nutrition label, or do hours of cardio on end. Healthy means something different to everyone, but to me it means putting real food into my body and working out in many different ways. That is what makes me the happiest and I hope you find my recipes, workouts, and tips useful as well!
